MUSEUM
HOTEL is next to the National Archaeological Museum and to
the Polytechnic University in the center of Athens. When staying
at the Hotel Museum you are within easy reach of all the sights
of Athens. The nearest Metro is just a few minutes walk away.
Plaka, Acropolis, Monastiraki, Syntagma Square can all be
reached on foot or by Metro. After the last renovation on
2004 the hotel is offering facilities of high standards. Museum
Hotel dates back to 1958, when it was called the"Whitehouse
Hotel".

A
very nice hotel in general. The only draw back was one
of our rooms smelled like cigarettes. We stayed there
twice first time we had 2 rooms, second time we had
a quad room since we were a family of 4. The quad room
was in the new section of the hotel and was very very
nice...did not smell of cigarettes, and was quite spacious.
The personel was all very nice and helpful. The breakfast
was excellent. The location was not the greatest...lots
of graffiti, and it was about a 20 minute walk to the
plaka. All in all everything was great and we would
stay there again.
