as an excellent choice for functions / conferences, being able
to adapt to any type of event, such as business meetings, receptions
and cocktail parties, even next to the pool.

"Very nice indeed at a good price"
Had a band staying there who were playing a big club that night in Athens. High quality with lovely bar and ambience and a great location in a nice area. 1 person had a suite which was amazing --other rooms very acceptable if not that big--however this is common in Europe. The rooms at the Grosvenor in London if you are not paying for the "deluxe rooms" are "bijou" same with the Langham. Nicely done but not huge. One persons 5* is anothers 3* and vice versa and whilst one person loves beautiful lobbies and cool interiors another values huge rooms more. I had cause to speak with reception who I found friendly and helpful with a big party and spoke excellent english. In Europe it often depends how you are with them.
We stay in a lot of hotels with bands and know a good one from a lousy one and this one is stylish, an excellent price in a quality location with good amenities in a city where location etc can be variable--just dont expect massive rooms unless you pay for a higher level. |
