"Bit
overpriced for its quality and service"
I have to disagree with the super exciting previous reviews.
The hotel is a bit overpriced for its quality and service.
The hotel is probably good for the tourist, I was there
on business and had some problems - the TV in the bar
was turned off most of the time and there was no other
public TV. Internet is excpensive and pretty basic. The
gym is very small and essential. The swimming pool on
the roof is nice but the water was so cold (in October).
One of the most disappointing aspects was the breakfast,
the selection, both quality and quantity, was relatively
limited compared with some other 5 star hotels I have
been to, you have to walk down some stairs to go to the
buffet
The furniture was also nothing outstanding, quite good,
but this is not the Grand Bretagne.
I agree that the location is very good for the shopaholics,
but it is also quite far from the airport, on a hill. |
